Before I get into this post {which is way overdue}, let me explain why I look so horrifyingly angry. In one of the classes I’m taking this semester, we’re discussing gender representation. We watched Sut Jhally’s Codes of Gender in which Jhally discusses how, in advertising, women are often shown in submissive or [...]  Paweł (my boyfriend) and I have one day off together and that day is Sunday. So we call it Sunday Funday. We try to do fun things together that we normally don’t have the time to do during our busy work weeks. We’ll go to the flea market, or thrift stores, we’ll go out [...] It’s getting colder and colder…(it is December after all!) Now’s the time to bundle up and keep warm…but you don’t have to do it un-fashionably! Scarves are making a BIG comeback this winter! The bigger the better actually.
