Hello! I’m Sami Jo Jensen :)

I like dancing in the shower and attempting to sing show tunes in my car. I love baking and eating cupcakes, drinking tea, and crafting. I write about these things, plus fashion, frugality, supporting independent businesses, and other things. Very recently, I launched my own small business, selling sweets-themed bath products on Etsy and in local stores in CT.

In December 2011, I received my B.A. in Communications from UConn. Before choosing communications, I wanted to be an actress, but had a hard time getting anywhere with that in CT. I am, however, in a commercial for Tunxis, the community college where I received my A.S. in General Studies. Because I can’t seem to get enough of school, I may take graphic design classes in the near future.

I just started a new job at a watch company, which I’m loving. Previously, I worked for a small communications firm where I did a lot of writing and blogging, which is partly what propelled me to start my own blog. I have also worked for Apple {so I’m a total Mac snob} and Borders {and a bookworm}.
