Friday Faves 11.9.12: Brought to you by the letter ‘B’

There are a lot of “B” items in this Friday Faves — book, buttons, boots!

1. C’est la Vie by Suzy Gershman. I’m only 16 pages in to this book, but I had to put it on my list because I’m enjoying it so much! Suzy Gershman’s memoir about moving to Paris is so honest and fun. I’ve never been to France, so I’m having a blast living vicariously through Gershman.

2. Crystal Slider Case in Raspberry from Incase. When I saw the Living Social deal last week for $50 worth at Incase, I bought it immediately. You can’t beat Incase’s quality for protecting your Apple products, and my previous iPhone was in their Slider Case even before I left the store. I love this dark pink and glittery one!

3. Pink floral buttons. I found these in a bag of buttons I bought a while ago from a Goodwill. They’re involved in a DIY tutorial I’ll be posting next week. ;)

4. Coral Shimmer mineral eyeshadow from Madison Street Beauty. I have 14 different shades of eyeshadow from Madison Street Beauty {you might remember me writing about the Apricot one}, and I love them all, but Coral Shimmer is my go-to. It’s a nice light shade, a perfect natural look for blue eyes.

5. Vintage Red Bellini boots via loveyvintage, $30. These are my favorite pair of shoes. I like them so much, I’m actually starting to enjoy the cold weather because it gives me an excuse to wear them!

Sami! I am so glad I read your blog, I have been wanting to try out mineral make-up from Etsy for a while but I was too nervous to take the plunge. I just received some foundation samples from Madison Street Beauty and they are so perfect. Please continue to review your favorite things on your blog so I can benefit from them :)
